If a member wishes to be associated with a region other than their residence, they may now make this request on the membership form. Please use the Change Member Information form, if you move or change your phone number, email address, or region.

After completing and submitting this form, membership will expire December 31, 2025. Those who join after October 1, 2025 will be members until the following calendar year December 31, 2026.
