Complete the online form below using credit card or PayPal. The 2026 Membership Form may also be printed out and mailed to the Treasurer. If you experience any problems with the online or the paper form, please contact us.

If a member wishes to be associated with a region other than their residence, they may now make this request on the membership form. Please use the Change Member Information form, if you move or change your phone number, email address, or region.

After completing and submitting this form, membership will expire December 31, 2026. Those who join after October 1, 2026 will be members until the following calendar year December 31, 2027.

All charges are processed through PayPal, even those using a credit card or Apple Pay. Please note that your statement will probably list the charge from WSQG. Please do not file a dispute claim. It will charge an additional $20 to process the dispute. Your membership will not be renewed and an application will have to be resubmitted. Even if you contact your credit card company to cancel the dispute, it may take six months to resolve.
