• Only WSQG members may register between April 15 and May 1. Non-Members may register after May 1. Class prices are higher for Non-Members. We invite you to join WSQG. The online membership form can be found here.
• Registration may also be submitted by mail. The printable registration form can be found here. Use a separate form for each person registering. Mark your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices for each time slot. You will pay for your 1st choice only.
• Registrations will be recorded on a first come, first served basis after April 15, according to online entry or postmark date and time.
• Meals: All meals will be served on campus, All meal tickets must be purchased in advance. Individual meals may not be purchased at the door.
• Shirt orders must be received by June 1.

Refund policy: Registration cancellations will be accepted in writing for full refund until June 1st. After June 1st, if you cannot attend, fees automatically become a donation to WSQG. If a class is cancelled by WSQG, an alternative class or a full class refund will be offered.
